This song brings me to tears every time I hear it. I cannot even sing it in church anymore because of my emotions. This rendition is no exception, as I am in tears writing this comment. As a retired emergency department/trauma nurse, I brought my faith and religion with me to work everyday. There were many times that I literally washed the feet of the poor and downtrodden because of the deplorable conditions they lived in. Similarly, good people get into trouble by no fault of their own. I was but a vehicle for God's love when I cared for patients. Thank you for placing this video online.

So I left my vet practice of retrained in social care and addiction support services. For over 25years I worked within my faith group in our social services department. I loved my work .I retired recently and was stunned by the turn out at my retirement. One of my best friends Sing this and turned around to me and said you have answered. Here the proof and the doors opened and in walked a group of my ex services users everyone of them now dependence free and believers.I wept very grateful tears.
