For years after my abortion, I felt guilty. When there were reminders or triggers of my abortion, I would relive what happened all over again and I would dwell on and even seek out things that reminded me of my abortion because I didnt think I deserved to be happy. You channel has taught me to stop trying to relive my abortion and to avoid these triggers. I look forward to all of your videos. Keep up the excellent work.

For me, before I did it, I had to have acceptance immediately, and I took accountability for it. I didn't try to deny it.
