A) Nelly is weight training which does more to gain muscle then to cut fat as opposed to Em who is doing more cardio which cuts fat and has a tendency to make you look older(Dr. Dre is more lean and looks older as well because in addition to weight training he's doing cardio to cut body fat). B) Nelly hasn't grown a beard and has the same hair cut and color and C) being black, Nelly has melanin in his skin which, besides creating the dark skin black people have and acting as a natural sun screen, helps the skin retain elasticity and moisture which prevents wrinkling. Aside from a few exceptions, black people on a whole don't age much because of melanin and the more melanin a black person has, the darker their skin will be and the less they will age. It's a byproduct of being a person of African decent where the sun shines ridiculously hard and long( I went to Kenya and I felt like I was being assaulted by the sun....sheeeeesh! It was insanely hot. But, me being black I didn't sun burn.)
