Scott you have my prayers. My mom passed away at 81 back in April. It was expected and had a series of falls that took its toll in her last 3-4 years. She was healthy and active prior to that. 96 is a great run.

Being a WNY native, as Scotty is, it makes me smile when he speaks of his early years here and how he came by his love for mechanics and developed his extraordinary gifts. He often mentioned visiting his Mom in Buffalo and her awesome gumption. I especially appreciate the photo of Scotty's late Mom that he shared in this video. Pro tip for keeping plastic protected. Use ceramic coating on it. Ceramic coating will UV protect the plastic, make it dirt resistant, and make it jet black. It also won't just wash off, so make sure you clean the plastic well before you apply.

I'd rather use a 3M outdoor double sided tape on those things, its cleaner than using epoxy.

3M auto trim adhesive is REALLY GOOD.... I use it on yacht trims too.😎

@deetee3153 I don’t think Scotty will ever sell the Celica. He is just too attached to it. Scotty has featured the 93 Celica in many videos. He always brags about the reliability and simplicity of the car.Obviously the car is designed very well and is built for many years of dependable use.

Normal WD-40 is excellent to remove sticks goo, might even remove the thicker one from the Toyota logo in the back

Old cars are cool because they don't spy on you. Everything you do in a new car is recorded and shared with manufacturers, insurance, gov, and anyone else that's interested. They are unsecured computers on wheels. Tesla is probably the worst offender.
