Introvert and anti-social are not synonyms. Being an introvert does not also mean you are shy, but how do you react towards stimulations. Extroverts crave large amount of stimulation. Hence, introverts tend to not like small talks rather like to dig deeper- introspection and opposite is true for extroverts, usually they engage in shallow conversations. An introvert can totally be socially savvy- they just need some time to themselves to recharge. I understand there is a social stigma around it, but it is wonderful to realize how does our brain work and how do we react to certain things.

Me and my friend were having this very conversation in the morning and we couldn't reach to conclusion as we are in different time zones and he had to sleep! I'm going to share this video with him right now! Please keep making these videos 💜 I always listen to your podcasts while oiling my hair at night (I know it sounds wierd but it is what it is) for some reason listening to you relieves my anxiety and calms me down as I do this while I'm pampering myself. As an infj I can totally relate with you. I cannot believe we still give ourselves labels like hello being an ambivert is not a personality type. But society made us to believe that being an extrovert is an admirable quality, smh. I have also realised that people who pick on introverts or act like an extrovert have some sort of insecurities and lack that self-awareness. I have also seen this in people who try so hard to an extrovert just to fit in their friend group. Genuinely nice extroverts make people around them feel comforted. This is something I found out in Uni lol. Nowadays, I don’t push myself to speak to people. As long as I am comfortable and ready to express my feelings and opinions that’s all it should matter. Anyways, I love your videos. Looking forward to more beauty related content 💕🧍🏻‍♀️
