I saw the 60 minutes episode and I was so relieved by what he said and how he described the Hermès process and the cost. I am so sick and tired of everything going so fast these days. A lot to do with social media and the pressure we are bombarded with constantly. At least there is one serious supplier of true luxury goods that takes the job seriously. Yes, it is mandatory to pick up a bag yourself and they will only make an exception if you truly have a valid reason NOT to be able to go to the boutique yourself, unfortunately. So excited for you 💕 And patience is truly the key aspect when shopping with H. I waited 3 years for my latest 'A la carte' bag to be finished 🤭 Pay-links can be troublesome due to security reasons behind the scenes of a company or financial institution and different operating systems (of devices) can play an issue too 😉 I always have issues with 'Chrome' when placing H orders and use Safari instead but this can change overtime due to the same behind the scene security rules/protocols I mentioned earlier. And now that you have a Birkin, what do you think about it, did it meet all your expectations??

Patience goes a long way. I think my wait was about 10-12 months as well. We are almost twinning as I have the same specs but on a B30. Kind of wish I would have opted for a 35 though.
