And never forget, the Poe is biased. Mumbo has a Gold and Iron Permit, both in one, and eventough his goldshop complied to the regulations, his iron shop got torn down. But Grian has the Prismarine Permit, and does not care about stocking Dark Prismarine, wich is also a fixxed part of one Permit. You should used it against them, to divide them, would tottally weaken them

I personally enjoy the permits. However it needs to be better since not every hermit is committed to playing and supplying their shops. The Poe Poe should enforce this sooner creating duplicate permits if a shop is out of stock for 2 weeks. Like hypno, iskall, stress being quite inactive

That definitely seems like a good point to make in the argument for duplicate permits because while there are valid, real-world reasons for why certain hermits might not be on, it doesn’t mean those who are active should be deprived of easy access to various materials from the shopping district.

Iskall and Stress aren't "inactive." They "don't play on the server anymore." We're past the first few months, they aren't coming back. They only show up at the beginning of a season to remind people they exist before quitting again. This is a pattern they have had for a while now. If someone isn't on the server for a third of a year, you can pretty much count on them staying away.

Jev! The whole shopping district is running on the honor system, despite the permits. I say - introduce pure chaos into the chests of the shopping district! Change one shop content with another, moving items between shops. Place random items in chests. Destroy all their order - nobody will know

I have a slogan suggestion, but it's less aggressive/more in line with NO POE's stated goals? Anyway, it's been knocking about in my head for a while now so... "Permits can stay, Just in a different way" Also, LOVE what you're doing for Halloween. Maybe if you finish spookifying your base you can "help" the POE out by decorating/cursing their office? I think government buildings should embrace the season more. Also, Skizz owns Both Cherry and Mangrove. How did you come to the conclusion that S10 is ending soon? The vast majority of hermits are still hard at work on their "main" bases, and though they generally take some time off to spend the winter holidays with family etc, there's no reason imo to believe that HCS10 won't continue into 2025
