The UNITY has pretty good rear storage, but the WONDER has much better storage for storing FOLDING RECUMBENT TADPOLE TRIKES or bikes. The TRUMA AQUAGO water heating system is great for having a great hot water source for a welcome shower after returning from a long recumbent trike ride. European RV designs have allowed for the adequate storage of recreational toys for years. We are just now beginning to catch up in this specific area.

Don't let the RV experience prevent you from staying clean! The best RV's have good showers that help you get the job done ASAP and then out again without having to use too much water. You are right. Having a super efficient overhead fan helps keep the shower area dry by evacuating the moisture or else mold and mildew will form. Letting the fan run for 20 minutes after turning off the water is important. You are right Robert. The most efficient fans are needed for this.

Slide outs always leak eventually. For a class B or B+, slide outs are awfully tempting. For storage of bikes or folding recumbent trikes, the Leisure Van WONDER RTB has the ideal rear storage garage AND great closet space underneath each bed. It is on the Ford Transit chassis and with diesel engine.

With different levels of towing capacity and capability, it is imperative we research both before choosing the right trailer. This RV Show is great, but be prudent and sharp while looking. Just barely doesn't cut it. Engine capacity and transmission performance must both exceed what is necessary to pull a given trailer or else you must buy a smaller trailer or buy up with a better suited vehicle to go with a new trailer. Robert is right. Be prepared for these events with these figures written down on paper so you know full well what your vehicle is REASONABLY SUITED to pull without undue stress especially when pulling for extended periods uphill. Keep the oil and oil filter changed often as well as the transmission fluid and filters. Be smart at these events.

I call it a CONSCIENTIOUS CITIZEN SHOWER. It is a shower that will get the job done while using the minimum amount of water needed. The RV experience, out of necessity, forces us all to take a conscientious citizen shower or else the limited water supply will have been depleted way too soon!!!! RV parks have public showers, but people should use them without abusing the opportunity. "Waste not, want not"

Couldn't make the RV show this year so I am glad you are and showing. I as a middle class person can"t afford the C and B+ units that you showed, which are very nice, but I think most RVer's need to see more realistic affordable units that are budget minded. My wife and I almost bought a sprinter class C. So glad we didn't, practically no storage. If you really need the gas mileage fine but make sure you don't need storage. Look at the Jayco Class A, tons of storage. Hope to see you at Tampa.

If I could RV any place on this planet it would be the South Island, NZ. My wife and I were there in 2000 and would love to return but the flight is way too long. N.Zealanders are especially nice people; my Dad was stationed there during the war and made lifelong friends with a family in Auckland.

I would prefer the WONDER for the reason I already stated. I want to take my folding recumbent trike along and ride it around extensively wherever I set up camp. A new Coachmen model has an excellent rear storage area. It is also on the Ford Transit chassis.

The one big downside to the Tiffin Class C's is their occupant and cargo carrying capacity. It's really small once you factor in a full tank of water. Or even half a tank and an averaged sized man and woman. I'm talking unusable small.

I just got a folding Greenspeed Magnum XL trike that will hold up 450 lbs. and a rider up to 7 feet tall. Folding recumbent trikes like the HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS or Scorpion PLUS are examples of the perfect folding recumbent trikes for RV owners. Check them out and test ride them and other models as well.

Many of these Class C (B+) are so dang looong! Are there any shorter models? Longer is ok if you park and stay a while... but for active touring I'm thinking shorter is better.

Wayfarer, you will never legally use the outside storage as the carrying capacity is very limited. On some model two people may put you over the GVWR. Leisure travel vans are great if you live near the factory in Manitoba, but like a lot of other RV manufactures warranty service can be very frustrating and lengthy process at dealers. I don't get Murphy beds, as the one advantage of a class c is not having lengthy setup to crash in bed. Plus it blocks the window on that side makes it very dark.

Great reviews, but I am more interested in travel trailers, especially smaller ones with walk around beds and dry bath. Especially the Coachmen Apex Nano 191RBS, the Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108FBS, The Forest River R-Pod 195, The KZ Escape E201RB, and Prolite Supreme. :D (Nice Shopping list eh?)

Check out and test ride some excellent folding recumbent tadpole trikes like the HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS or Scorpion PLUS with its higher seat and more forward leaning sitting posture. Perfect for seniors. Toy hauling trailers and vans are better suited for couples to transport the new and exciting recumbent trikes even if they are not the folding kind such as the excellent TRIOT trikes. Check them out!
