People are so picky. These are great and have everything a headphone needs, including a great mic (4mics) so you don't have to take them off for a call. I personally hate all the different sound modes and "personalization" in the app, I never even open the app. I need the ANC because I have misophonia and I struggle with a lot of background noise. These are perfect for me, I've been using skullies since I bought my first black and gold Lowriders back in the day

Ok but why the hell can't you adjust the sound on this using the skullcandy app? It makes no sense to remove this feature.... especially when the sound quality changes when ANC is on.

I'd suggest using samsung Sound Assistant, it really helps a lot, you can even make your own sound profile at the bottom (not the equalizer)

Can I pair 2 devices at one time? I used my old crusher headphones for years with both my laptop and cell phone for work. I listed to music on my my laptop and when a call came in it would switch to the phone with out me having to anything. I loved them!! It made switching so easy

@@bens4369 I love them, Like the Video says If you like Bass you will love these (some bass heavy songs make them vibrate on your head) Also the Ambient Mode is surprisingly very good, it almost sounds like you don’t have any headphones on, you can hear your surroundings so clearly. Overall 9/10 definitely worth the Money

@@tonybispham2168 1. They are Super Comfortable I wear them Hours, 10 Hours a Day sometimes and have 0 discomfort 2. The Bass is surprising better than Expected at Full Volume Bass heavy Songs (Rap/Dubstep) will make them vibrate just like the Crushers If your thinking about buying these do it, They are really nice Headphones

At time: 4:25 / 5:57 she says to use the skullcandy app to make the Tile locator make a tone as you may find headset... downloaded skullcandy app... says it works with all the skullcandy products...EXEPT THE HESH ANC... great... a headset with no app for it... how wonderful great job skullcandy development team... hate to see what kind of car you would develop one with no wheels?

Can someone please help me? I ordered these and have tried them. When I play music or a video, I can still hear it when I take them off. The volume isn’t even halfway and I can hear most of the song. I had high hopes for these but I don’t want people to hear what I am hearing.

My headphones randomly stopped connecting to my phone and I can't reset or activate pairing mode with none of these commands. It happend before but I fixed it by just restarting my phone, this time it didn't work. I bought a pair of hesh ancs a couple of days ago however they keep disconnecting every 30 minutes or so. I’ve tried hard resetting them by following the website instructions but to no avail. These are a great pair of headphones however the disconnecting really makes it inconvenient.

I have had the HESH ANC headphones for about a year now and they are great. What I'd try is connecting them to another device, a laptop, computer or different phone. It might be an issue with the device you are connecting to. If they work fine connected to a different device, it doesn't mean your first device is bad, there could just be a compatibility issue with the device & the Hesh, if that's the case, it's unlikely a replacement would help, but it might.

i just got a pair and i’m having the same issue, they won’t even go into pairing mode. i recommend contacting support, they sent me a warranty claim and i am sending them back to the company and they will either fix your pair and send it back to you or send you a new pair.

After about 1 week it just connected to my phone randomly. It was wires to my pc so it was odd. I disconnect the cable and turned off then on the headphones and it worked just fine after that. I was bummed out bcz of the whole situation so to make sure, i sent it back because it was also having battery problems.

At the same time NOPE. That is what sucked the most, I initially had Venue which was always connected to both my laptop and phone. It would automatically switch to the device which had something playing. I sent Venue for repair and got Hesh ANC instead, I found the sound quality better but the noise cancelling, battery indication, and ability to connect to multiple devices without having to disconnect is something that the Venue does better than the Hesh.

@@gasparchayer After having used Hesh ANC for 2 months, I feel they are more durable, comfortable and a bit better sounding than the Venues. They however also look and feel cheaper when compared with the Venues. Noise cancelling is equally good on both of them. Venues connect to 2 devices at the same time, so if you're watching a youtube video and someone call you can answer it without first disconnecting it from your pc and then pairing it with your phone (which is precisely what you have to do with the Hesh). My Venues use to break near the headband every 8 months or so, I have not had the Hesh for that long, but like I mentioned above they do feel more durable. EDIT: If you want something that feels expensive and is an all rounder, but easy to break go for Venue. If you don't mind the cheap look and feel, but want it just for the sound quality, go for Hesh ANC.

Had two pairs of these bought form walmart, both are DOA. 1st pair worked for 1 evening then would not power on the next morning after being on charger all night, just keeps looping the "power on" voice over an over. Won't stay on long enough to pair. returned and got a replacement, 2nd pair wont even charge. Waste of time and money. Never buying this brand again.
