Guys, you haven't learnt from Evan and Katelyn.... The marshmallows are old. Old marshmallows don't melt as good as fresh ones, honeysuckle said that they worked fine for s'mores, and healthy doesn't mean they're vegan, they can just have a different sweetener, like glucose instead of sucrose(table sugar), because people always say it's "healthier" than table sugar which isn't true.

I can totally understand wanting to make a recipe your own but I don’t see how you can do that without making the original recipe and trying that first. I mean, a singer learns the song first before personalizing it for their individual style.. There’s a good vid idea, testing different recipes with both the exact recipes and with “healthier” alternatives. I can’t help but think avacado oil and low sugar marshmallows may have greatly affected the taste and texture of the final product. It would be cool to see if it does.
