Great to fish with Family & friends. Occy (octopus) is great bait for all kinds of species. We usually skin them,, as the white flesh works better & can catch 4-5 fish on the same bait. Nice job

A few points from a person who fishes on rivers, bays, sounds and ocean. Too many people on that boat and no life jackets on the children. Drinking and boating is a deadly combination.

I have found, and this is my personal preference only, that cutting the butts of most spinning rods so there is only 12 to 14 inches below the reel seat, makes them much easier to use...my "butt" never extends past my elbow. It's an easy fix, and I've NEVER lost a fish or suffered loss of casting distance because the butt has been altered. Cutting the butt off a bit doesn't change the real usable length of the rod, anyway.

Damn dude your using a surf rod on a boat!!!! Try using a boat rod and a jig and catch some big fish or try stray lining a whole fish or huge baits to catch big fish. I see most of the time you use small baits and catch small fish..... `Try thinking big and also using the right tools for the job....... At least your channel gives me a good laugh lol
