I tried this it’s hard work and I injured my lower back carrying 40kgs climbing upstairs store room and basement storage room, please my advice is take it easy don’t carry too heavy weights because in fees years you will have slipped disk or serious back injury

All this hard work for 2500 money in hand,it is not good, for long term healty.Dont take more then 5 kg ,your back will suffer

@@RobertMihalache please give me a number,i was doing your joob 3 years a go and i got hgv 1,no i get 2500-3000, with no lifting,just in gym.. I respect you ,but the normal joob will be to give you a help boy,but all accept this .
