Just made it yesterday in a 18cm pan, as mentioned in the description box, I multiplied all the ingredients amount by 1.5 and it came out just perfect! So rich in tase and not TOO sweet like a lot of american recepies out there.. For anyone who is looking through the comments to see if it comes out good- Go make it! Its amazing. Some small notes you should notice: 1. Convert also the *baking time* according to your pan size! I did mine on a 18cm for 1 hour and 20 minutes on 150°c. After that I turned off the ovan WITHOUT OPENNING THE OVAN'S DOOR, And left it for another 10 mins. After that I opened the ovan's door and let the cake cool completely (roughly 1 hour and a half as well). Then put it in the fridge overnight. 2. I replaced the rum with a Vanile stick. 3/4 stick was perrrrrfect. 3.make sure to take the berry sauce out of the heat on time unless you want it to become a Jam! If it already happened, just add some water and it will become runny again :) THANK YOU HIDAMARI!

Did this recipe and it came out good. Really simple! Suggestions: I strongly advise you to ponder about adding the lemon juice to the cheesecake, especially if you don't have the Grand Marnier. I replaced it with Vanilla Extract. Fortunately my grandma digs lemony flavors. If you're like me, and don't consume too much sweets, your sweet tooth isn't that sweet - you can lessen the sugar amount a bit. About the cracker base, it's not going to be real crunchy if that's what you expect. Consider baking it in the oven instead of putting in the fridge. I'm no chef, so I can't properly advise on how to keep it crunchy - KZbin it.

Guys i made this. I baked for about 1 hour n 20 mins i think its according to your oven. However i would recommend to bake the crust before you put the batter than refrigerating it,to get a nice crust. Other than that this recipe is soooo yummy, nice balance of everything. Thank you so much. I cant believe how smooth it turned out.. make sure you strain like she does to get a smooth cheesecake.
