Why would you tell where he moved if he moved because of privacy?
@ajtooferАй бұрын
a 2min google search shows you his new house, its not hard

It’s literally 5 different villages. No one ‘doxxed’ his actual address in this video 🤷♀️

It's really not a secret. He lives in a gated street now.

Grosse Pointe.. THATS NOT HIDDEN.

Could be for some who don’t live in the area or are not familiar with the Detroit burbs.

That 1 massive home, that looks like a Chateau with the pool, I believe was built by the Art Van furniture founder.

I grew up in SCS, went to SJA and South Lake. I was adopted as an infant, and I met my biological father around 2007. He told me that Vernier Road (which is technically Eight Mile) is named after my great great great Uncle John Vernier's family, who lived in a farmhouse where Jefferson and Eight Mile meet, which is known only in GPW as Lakeshore and Vernier Roads! I even have a picture of him and his wife Lottie.

as someone who lives near this area i can confirm, its the talk of the town and you can even see the construction site.

Which site?

I love it. It’s beautiful but the lack of waterfront access it’s very very frustrating which is why you’ll have better Park amenities in Troy or Birmingham.
@TRULIVINGMICHIGANАй бұрын
Yea, the lack of waterfront has always shocked me. St Clair Shores made a ton of marinas and canal streets. I guess more people have water access, but no lake views.

He really should just live here in Ann Arbor. There are some noice expensive homes out here he can have and tons more privacy, quiettude and darkness at night.
@ScrotomАй бұрын
That's ignorant to how incredibly expensive absolutely all of Ann Arbor is. At least with Gross Pointe, you can buy a home just barely on the "bad side" of the highway for under 150k, or a smaller home near the nicest areas for 220k. All of Ann Arbor, that isn't a major fixer, is 250k+
@TRULIVINGMICHIGANАй бұрын
I will let him know. Would love to sell him one of those homes 😁

The problem with Grosse Pointe is that it's not easily accessible. As you mentioned, there's no easy way to get there from other places. Also, I don't like the direct drive from some of the worst places in Detroit, to some of the nicest neighborhoods in Metro Detroit. Criminals have easy access to your home and neighborhood.
@TRULIVINGMICHIGANАй бұрын
Yea, that’s a con to consider vs all of the pros.

Stay away. Old homes, high taxes, in Wayne County and tied to its infrastructure and the city. Ask residents about the widespread flooding in 2021. Shopping is at least 45 minutes away. The two high schools will soon become one due to declining enrollment...just like the Bloomfields. Finally, it is an unfriendly place to outsiders.
@TRULIVINGMICHIGANАй бұрын
Old homes are the major draw! They are beautiful and can't find them in too many cities in Metro Detroit.
@JosephPelleritojr.Ай бұрын
@@BillyT531 i've lived in Grosse Pointe for many years, as well as many other places around the country. You couldn't be more incorrect in your assessment.

And?

Old homes and the community are the major draw for most folks.
