Honestly, I would have bought a property there already if there wasn't the fear of the portugese legal system and real estate market. Despite that all that jazz, Portugal truly is a wonderful country. And thanks for this great video!

This is very informative, thank you. I am however curious. Do the services offered come with guarantees? For example is the inspectors service or lawyers service guaranteed? If yes, how so? If no, what happens if they make a mistake/error/omission etc? Is there recourse? Do they have liability insurance? Thank you

As a Canadian consumer, I have concerns about utilizing this service based on my observations of the women in the video / company's representative. The employee's presentation, communication style, and choice of language do not align with the professional standards I would expect from a professional organization. I believe there is room for improvement in how the company is represented to potential customers.

Absolutely. Agencies can be rather difficult to deal with. However, most homeowners prefer to list their property through an agency mostly because of the agency's exposure and publicity, thus increasing the odds of selling faster.
