Would love it if you made a video about Pilchuck tree farm!
@ClaireJencks3 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much, Dan! I love riding Pilchuck but it's probably not high on the list because it's private landowners who don't want maps published. (I don't do vids of unsanctioned or private trails unless I've got express permission). Thanks for the idea though - let me know if there are other places on your radar that I can feature!

A bunch of Seattle and Portland showing up that's all we need around here
@ClaireJencks2 жыл бұрын
Luckily both of those areas also have amazing trail systems, so if you’re in the neighborhood please stop by - we love visitors and are happy to show you around. More mountain bikers = more money for trails = more fun.

@@ClaireJencks why in the hell would I pay to ride trails in either one of those places. Absolutely not. The crime and homelessness. Probably end up bring your car stolen or assaulted if you spend too much time in Seattle. When they start funding the police and restore law enforcement back to the numbers they should be at. And start holding the ones breaking the law accountable I'll consider spending money in either one of those places. Not until then

360 rides much better in the wet. It drains very well and gets quite loose in the summer.

@@ClaireJencks Thank you! I just use a DJI Mavic Mini with minor adjustments. Color grade/correct in Davinci Resolve and try to retain a realistic color.

Hi Brandon! Thanks for watching - I totally agree - just put Kitsap areas on my official list to film. Thank you for the suggestion. 💎👑

Oh wow thanks for this! Funny how I go for the bigger more expansive trails and area, ie Tiger and Tokul but miss these fun little hidden gems. Adding to bucket list! Also not sure if you've done a tour of Banner since it's nearby, would love to see if that's changed since I haven't been in a long time.

I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Haven’t done Banner recently - currently riding out in Utah but I’m adding it to my list for when I get back!

Awesome! I was just there the other weekend. Have you ridden at Black Diamond Open Space/Summit Ridge? It is a great bike park between Black Diamond and Maple Valley. I think it would make a great video, but it can get complicated with how many trails they have out there. I also loved your video on Tokul, used it to help me and my buddy get around there. Keep it up!
@ClaireJencks3 жыл бұрын
Hi Max! Thanks so much for watching and for the Tokul kudos. That one was particularly fun to film. I have indeed ridden at BDOS - totally agree - great place with so many trails. I'm mulling on a good way to make an overview/route through there that captures the spirit of the place. Stay tuned - I'll be putting out many more videos once the summer really kicks into gear.

Great video as always Claire! Have you ever checked out Lord Hill in Snohomish? The signage is REALLY lacking there so mountain bikers visiting for the first time can often leave disappointed without finding any of the good trails (Me 5 years ago). I think the place could really use one of your tour videos because if you can find the mountain bike trails it's such a gem for both XC lovers, and those looking for steep, rowdy, and flowy descents! Happy to point you in the right direction of a "grand tour" route if you decide to stop by!
@ClaireJencks3 жыл бұрын
Rad, thanks, Mick! It's been a minute since I rode Lord Hill, thank you so much for the suggestion! I'd love to get a tour next time I'm out that way. Feel free to reach out via email or dm on facebook so we can get in touch.
