Absolutely love your channel. I personally think this is a GREAT format to provide material between the "flagship" retrospective videos. The Genesis has tons of titles (not even counting the MD ones) that I've simply never seen anyone analyze meaningfully but quickly! (because there's simply not enough time to watch a "let's play" or "play-through" about every title you're curious about). At a burn rate of 10 games at a time, you'd have years worth of great video material. Even just getting deeper-than-usual takes regarding the actual gameplay experience of some of the "established" Genesis titles (and franchises) would make for really fun episodes IMO. SNES and PS1 provide similarly deep wells to draw from.

I have a lot of nostalgia for the PC Engine, even though I never even grew up with the console. i just find the graphics, music and its tiny size so charming. Glad you gave some of the less talked about games a little love. I hope you have more PCE content in the future!

If you want a handful of others that may be fun to try, here goes: Kickball- it's literally kickball, but with characters from the Schbibinman games, seals, muscle men, etc. for teams. Download- awesome horizontal shooter with funny game over screens. Momotaro Kagetsuki- peach boy platformer from Hudson with a Wonder Boy feel. Bikkuriman World- a licensed remake of Wonder Boy in Monster Land Somer Assault/Mesopotamia-neat puzzle platformer about a battle slinky fighting the zodiac creatures. If you enjoy those, there's a lot more fun to be had.

I'm definitely getting one because the turbografx or pc engine never came out in my country, so it's completely foreign to me (or was, anyway, I've emulated a ton of games for it now, but yeah). It's just such a cool little console. I was blown away by some of the games, like I'd heard the raving over Rondo of Blood for years so I thought it'd probably be a bit overrated, but it actually lived up to its reputation. And the Bonk games on it are better than the SNES ones, things like that. I was even surprised how much I enjoyed the pinball games like Alien Crush, I never saw the point of video pinball games before

I say this as an American who grew up with NES -> SNES/MD -> etc: I would *love* to see you take on the older PC systems that were more popular in Europe - Commodore 64, Amiga, ZX Spectrum, etc. I don't have any nostalgia for them, but as someone who kept up with EVERYthing on the systems I owned and have watched "hidden gems" videos to death, learning about systems that weren't popular over here is like entering a whole other world. I love videos from people like Kim Justice, but would really appreciate hearing the thoughts of someone else who has a similar gaming background to myself. Because who gives a shit what any specific KZbinr personally has nostalgia for? It's like reading the preambles to food recipes where they talk about their Italian grandmas. I care about what tastes good or plays good, not self-absorbed meandering. Really, who sits there and says "Oh, you played such and such when you were a kid? That's sooo interesting."

I picked up Pacman World in a carboot sale here in the UK for £1, buried in a box, proper mint condition too... Its going for £20-£25 on eBay. Few more boot sales later... Well, a lot more bootsales later... Castlevania Chronicles cropped up... Tenner... I looked on eBay... Well over £100 last I checked! I've never had any others, but bought some great "If less worth valuable" titles on the way, but, you never know! ;) Hence why I like the inclusion of the going rate... You just never know when you might stumble on a bit of a rarity! :)
