After watching recaps of past evaluations and current values it appears these "experts" routinely over inflate the majority of the value of many of these works! Try taking one of these AR evaluated items into one of the major Auction Houses and see if the evaluations are spot on or over valued! That is where the rubber meets the road. You very seldom see what the owners do with the items and whether the AR evaluations hold up in the real world.
