Vincent Bugliosi the author of "Helter Skelter" about the Charles Manson murders was the prosecuting attorney that convicted Manson & some of his followers. Explains in the book how important it was to get the jury on board with the notion that Manson did not have to be physically present to have gotten the victims murdered. It was Manson's "philosophy and teachings" that guided his followers to murder.

If I were a juror i would wonder: 1) Why is the defense trying to assure me there was a 'crazy neighbor with a paintball gun' episode and not alex with a real gun; but also wants me to believe it was actually Alex trying to kill Chad by instruction from Lori for some reason (even though Chad and Alex sent pictures of themselves like bro-hams at the temple calling themselves exalted beings) 2) If Chad were innocent and had no idea there were children buried on his property, then why didn't he stick around when they showed up with warrants and a forensic team and even walk around the back with them, and show them the burial spot of the racoon he was talking about? And then he could have stood there perplexed and watched as they went to dig up other areas and when they started to find remains he would have been horrified, amazed, shocked and disgusted like a normal innocent person would have been... If I were a juror I'd find him guilty on all counts. 🤷♂️

Watching the replay. I love the comments! Thank you for bringing comedy to Prior’s demonstration re: the illustrious Dr. Ham. 😂 I really needed the laugh after rolling my eyes during the testimony.

Thank you Dr John for calling it smoke and mirrors. Now it’s up to the prosecution to clarify and make the issues clear to the jury.

Dr John was on fire tonight. Funny stuff. Much needed under these sad circumstances. A short reprieve is necessary.
