What about yellow wite for the connector (battery)? Do you just leave that unwire?

@@fixingguide7686 I tried both the red and yellow to connect with the red on the connector as well as just red to red and yellow to yellow and it both works. The reason why I did that because the previous install was like that plus it says on the yellow (from the connector) battery 12v. but evetually I went back to the original setup like what you have here in the video.

It doesn't help that you're trying to explain this in English while you can't actually speak English. You completely glossed over the importance of some wire splicing with the white wire harness. Where did that come from? The harnesses that came with the new unit were black, but you're showing some wire splicing on a white harness. Thanks for trying anyway. I guess a more competent stereo guy might be able to follow your instructions, but the language barrier, different car, and glossing over valuable instructions was lost on me. I'll assume that I'm the lacking party here though.

How can I take off the lines that help you park in the backup camera? They don't help me

If your trying to have the back up camera turn on whenever you reverse then connect the camera wire with reverse light.

Man I can’t get power tested it on battery it’s fine but do you need to connect red to red wire and ground black to frame ?

The only way I got power was to connect red and yellow together and connect to other red black to black but no memory

Hmmm its so strange i use the maintainer and connect the re and yellow to the positive and it goes on fine and black wire to the negative and it powers on.. when i connect the red and yellow to the red on the harness and black to black i get nothing..do you think i need a better ground. And thanks for the quick reply. Lol my front seat looks like a mechanical mess and I’m so stuck .

Thanks for your video. I do have a little crisis on the reverse camera function. I already have an existing camera installed (also an after-market that was installed with the stereo that I just replaced with this Heiha stereo). There's was nothing wrong with the camera just the stereo so I used the same black and red wire with the yellow RCA. I wired the red to the pink wire of Heiha but somehow when I turn on the car all I see right away is the reverse camera and I try driving it but the screen didn't go away. I went to re-open everything and just disconnected the yellow RCA from the back and unwire the red and pink due to disappointment. My son was okay just with the stereo and Carplay alone for the music but my concern is also safety. Is there anything I miss? Is there a quick fix to this? Please advise.

The camera staying on while you start the car and drive probably because it was wired to the wrong connection. Make sure you wired the camera to reverse light wire so does the camera comes on whenever you shift the gear to reverse. I have another video on how to install reverse camera in details please check it out if you have any questions.

Hopefully you figured it out, but just incase yellow goes straight to battery, and red goes to any ignition power on wire, so it turns off with ignition, but keeps memories!! He did it wrong, and Just connected them together!!
