I am glad you liked the video. I cut my teeth watching your videos. Some of the best on KZbin I thought. We show them warts and all. It’s long learning curve. Yes, we have a pattern, that was the reason for pushing the area. It didn’t quite go as expected so more research needed.

It’s just lack of understanding that makes you think it’s permanent destruction. We clear some bushes off about a half acre. This desert woodland is multi millions of acres. It’s larger than some countries. After we have finished our work, we rehabilitate the area. Once the ground has been disturbed, it will germinate many of the seeds that were under the small trees and bushes. In a few years this will be regrown heavier than it is now. We also avoid pushing over bigger more mature trees. We appreciate your comment.

We did drop the ripper on some cap rock. Quite effective for a small machine. We only had the machine for a couple of days so we pushed, detected and rehabilitated as soon as we finished.
