Step 1: Sit on the ground and touch your toes. Step 2: Execute a perfect forward/backward splits (don't forget to do both sides) Step 3: Execute a perfect side splits Step 4: While standing, and without bending your knees or your hips, touch your toes Step 5: Casually preform a Penché. Not actually part of this routine, just something everyone should do at least once per day.

Or my brother when he was in primary school. That kid was so flexible he would fold his legs behind his head while playing lego (because they got in the way)
