For the fruits, definitely try to buy organic. The amount of pesticides in that stuff is wild. I have actually been tested for things like glyphosates and I have been found to have levels that would be considered toxic. Upon further research, it seems like many of us here in the US might be that way. Many of the pesticides used on our produce is outlawed in European countries. I think organic fruit is more important that grass fed meat. The cow for example can do some of the filtering of junk for us. Where as, we are the filter for the junk on things like fruit.
