There is no debating that a high protein breakfast is important to getting your body ready for the day ahead. That said, unless you plan on eating steak and eggs every day…finding enough protein can be a challenge. I show you the exact way that I get 61 grams of protein to start my day, in just 3 minutes!
High protein breakfast options can sometimes bring with it lots of unwanted calories or saturated fats. For instance, while a piece of bacon is never going to kill you (despite what some anti fat fanatics would have you believe), making a habit of eating it every day in high enough amounts to deliver the protein you’re after could be detrimental long term.
That said, I decided to shoot this video to show you the two things I eat most mornings (along with a bowl of my pumpkin oatmeal) to get a protein boost before I even leave the house. With 7 egg whites and an ultra high quality whey isolate protein (ATHLEAN-Rx2), I’m able to deliver the nutrients my muscles need after breaking the long fast from sleeping.
Not only will you be able to more easily achieve your daily protein intake goals but you will simply be supplying your muscles and body with the fuel it needs to get you going. Most bodybuilders and athletes realize just how important their nutrition and meal plans are to their physiques and performance. If you haven’t quite nailed your nutrition yet it could be that you are trying to select from muscle building foods that just aren’t practical. Maybe you don’t like a particular food? Maybe the foods you are choosing are just too hard to prepare?
In order for a meal plan to help you build muscle to be effective, it needs to be one that can be followed consistently. The key to consistency with eating is finding foods that taste good and are easy to prepare. The ATHLEAN X-Factor meal plans and Rx supplements make it easy for you to get high quality protein and food for fueling your muscle growth.
The meal plans are 90 days of complete meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and supplementation. If you want to get these exact eating plans that pro athletes use to perform at their best and build muscle while burning fat, be sure to head to athleanx.com and get your complete A-X program.

@@thegalaxycosmos7703 I think a lot of poeple, body builders especially, use egg whites, instead of whole eggs, because that is where the protein is. It's no fat, low calorie, high protein. The yolk contains a fair amount of cholesterol which you might want to avoid. However, a lot of the good nutrients, vitamins and minerals are in the yolk, so you might not want to exclude it entirely from your diet. There are people who know a lot more about this than me, so you can probably do a bit of research and find someone who will give you better info like pros and cons.

Absolutely admire you, Jeff. But the thing is, recently, I bought some AthleanX protein and after only one day of usage, I nearly ripped my new pants from farting. That is how hard I farted then. It was the worst experience ever, my ass had never suffered anything like that, before I took that goddamn protein. I nearly pooped into my pants, when I was sitting next to my school crush during the History classes.

In case anyone's wondering what happened next, here is the rest of the story: I eventually got her attention, a couple of weeks later after classes we had a moment and I kissed her. And we even had sex at the prom hight, so I'm not mad at Jeff at all. In fact, if it had been my deadly farts that got her to fall for me, then I was beyond lucky to have ordered Jeff's whey protein back then. Highly recommended if you have a crush.

@DawnyDarko
@DawnyDarko 8 жыл бұрын
I'd say no. It's better to stack them on top of a low GI food like porridge, wholemeal bread (full of calories though) or apple/pear/apricot as then the energy will be released slowly rather than all at once. This way of eating helps regulate your blood sugar and therefore, is a preventative measure against diabetes.

When I was on my super bulk (and broke), I drank 2-3 shakes a day with 2 scoops of whey or casein protein, 8 oz of either lactose free milk or flax milk, 1 banana, a handful of spinach, and about 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. I also bought like 1-2 lbs. of ground beef, beans, guacamole, and shredded cheese and ate burritos throughout the day (I discovered that you can sub Greek yogurt for sour cream). I did put on some fat, but along with lifting, it helped me gain 45 lbs. in less than a year (165 lbs-215 lbs at 6'1). I'm sure if I would have taken a multivitamin and some omega 3s and integrated more hiit cardio, the weight would've been a little cleaner, but out of the 45 lbs, probably about 30 of it was muscle so I was satisfied.

Yes, 30lbs of muscule in less than an year thanks to 2-3 protein shakes a day. I think you might want to see a doctor about your mental well being.

You clearly didn't read what he said. It took him a whole year of training + healthy diet to achieve his goal. He didn't mention that he gained 45lbs only from protein shakes.

Try egg whites into a freezer zip lock bag, remove as much air from bag, drop into boiling water and it cooks in minutes no oil whatsoever. When I do cook on skillet try using avocado oil.
