I've beaten this game to the point where I have all shortcuts and I've gotten through the first level of the last world, but I haven't attempted the "True Ending" yet. Gotta get around to that.

True ending can be pain in the ass to get. Some of the simple things can fuck you over from getting it, Like not having enough bombs to get to the blackmarket, Or getting to the blackmarket and being immediately murdered by the shopkeepers, I was at around 400 deaths when i beat olmec, I was about 1,600 when i finally beat hell.

I just tried to do speedlunky after I beat olmec, but I had played spelunky 2 and there the time limit was 10 minutes for the trophy. I got really lucky and could probably gotten the speeslunky trophy in under ten atrempts, but in olmec I thought I had 3.5 minutes left, but I actually had just 1.5. After that I have not gotten it in like 100 attempts, im still salty.

Klinkersgas I remember when I had the perfect run. All the items I needed, 6 health, and enough money to buy the ankh. So I got to black market with my last bomb. I thought that I barely salvaged the run, because I had a shitload of money. So I went to the first shop, bought what I needed and went to the next one. But there was a boomerang guy right there, and before I could react, he threw his boomerang, angered the shopkeepers, and in mere seconds, my amazing run was ended by something I didn't even know could happen.

In spelunky, you MUST be airborne to stomp enemies. Me and my friend have been playing spelunky for years. We figured out that if two people pick each other up on the same frame, you go flying away. It's a cool glitch. Also, the teleporter is probably the best item.

Btw, the arrow traps deal 2 damage, the dog has 4 health, and bombs deal 1 damage on impact if you throw it, and 10 damage for the explosion. sacrificing a living dog gives you an item, and sacrificing a two living cavemen gives you an item. sacrificing two dogs, or four cavemen, or a dog and two cavemen, gives you a kali. a kali lets you collect blood and turn it into HP.

One last comment. You went into the worm and missed two things. Right before the end, there was a pod that gives you a new character by touching it. Second was a chrysknife. It replaces your whip, so you dont have to hold it. It instakills ANYTHING that you hit with your whip. As long as it's alive. The chrysknife is the only reason you should ever go to the worm.
