The only issue ive had with push day is feeling like both my chest and delts get a half ass workout. My mistake is doing one chest movement then one shoulder movement, etc. I'll do chest focused one day finishing with some delt and then the next push ill have a shoulder focused ending with some chest. Thank you bro!!!

As a woman def do incline/decline dumbbell press . And I also do a ton of chest flies incline and flat. That tones you up if you have that cursed "side boob". Don't worry too much about men or women exercises. Train everything to have a well balanced physique. But obviously train the areas most that you want to accentuate like your legs and ass. (As most women do) . Hope that helps

I switched from p/p/l spilt to 4 days on 1 off and repeat because I wanted to focus more on my delts and arms which I do on the 4the day. Wouldn’t that spilt still be like hitting the same body parts twice in a week? As you train the same muscles twice in 6 days

Get a 275 bench and 250 incline and you’ll have decent triceps, do chin-ups with 100 pounds and you won’t be lagging biceps, get to 90 pound shoulder presses for a few reps clean and your shoulders will be cannonballs, there you go
