hello robin! i had dpdr for almost 2 months now, i recovered a little bit and i see the world for what it is but i have this sudden moments on DP where i don’t feel like myself and i feel “alone and scared” in my body, like i start shaking because i don’t know if i can live like this forever and i get this first person perspective and i’m so tired of it, i can say i overcame my existential thoughts but i have high anxiety and dp and feeling like i’m alone and scared, did u ever experience it and how can i possibly treat it ):

HELP 😢So, my problem is when i eat carb or sugar related foods even sometimes fruits triggers my anxiety, DP/DR, depression.
