Why it blade looks like a delta and the sound looks the same as my delta fan and is it from a computer?

I think the 48V fan is not from a regular computer but from a server cooling rack, and Indeed, if I compare it with Delta PFC0912DE, the sound is more or less the same

@ronrim3479 It's true that this AVC is more or less similar to Delta, and the power is only slightly different, if so, the 2.50A Delta draws 30W of power while this AVC draws 33.6W of power.
