HIGH SPEED PURSUIT *136 MPH* with BMW & Arkansas State Police - PIT / TVI Maneuver

Trooper's Report:
On 07/23/2024, approximately 10:22 P.M., Alexander PD requested our assistance with a vehicle pursuit. I caught up to the
pursuit on I30 West at the 118 mile marker where we took the exit to get on the I30 North Service Road. I became the primary
unit for the pursuit near the Congo overpass and speeds were in excess of 110 miles per hour. The vehicle was a white BMW
and had its lights off (V1).
I pursued V1 on the I30 North Service Road at speeds up to 131 miles per hour. V1 entered I30 West at the 116 on ramp and
began to weave between cars at a high rates of speed through the construction zone. We reached speeds up to 136 miles per
hour while V1 was fleeing weaving between cars. V1 took the 111 exit to Highway 70. After entering Highway 70 I was moving
up into position to to perform a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) when V1 aggressively applied the brakes causing the front
driver side of my push bumper to hit the rear passenger side of V1. V1 then made a U-turn and was driving east bound in the
west bound lanes of traffic directly towards a vehicle we passed earlier that was west bound on Highway 70. In order to keep
V1 from driving the wrong way on the road towards the other vehicle I completed another TVI striking the rear passenger side
of V1 causing it to spin into the east bound lanes of traffic. I performed one last TVI by striking V1 on the passenger side near
the front wheel with the passenger side of my patrol vehicle. After the final TVI V1 was stopped and I took the driver, Tiree
Allen, into custody.
Charges:
-Felony Fleeing
-Possession of controlled substance
-Reckless driving
-Speeding
-Failure to obey stop sign
-Failure to obey traffic control device
-No driver's license
-Driving with lights off to avoid detection

This one had that brilliant Einsten look, but just didn't have the wherewithal to keep himself on the straight and narrow. I'm 75 now .... and I've lived a pretty full and eventful life. But I've never found it necessary to try to outrun the law .... much less at 130 mph, lights off and endangering hundreds of lives, up to and including numerous LEOs. This idiot will likely get himself a public defender, and cry some sort of blues about having been at the bottom, bad childhood Yada Yada Yada and get some ridiculous low sentence .... when after what we just saw, he deserves no less than a mandatory 10 years, without any parole nonsense ...
