It assumes there will always be some in power that will hold to the letter of the constitution and honestly execute the ideas contained therein.There is no such thing as an honest person in government. There is also no such thing as an honest business person. They all charge the maximum they can, con you into buying more than you need, just look at the way they layout the supermarket. Its all done to force you to go by as many products a possible before you find the one item you need. You are being manipulated every second of every day. The news only tells you what they want you to know, and nothing more. Everybody attempts to skew every deal in their favor or take advantage of the other and the bigger the deal the bigger the advantage taken. Peace will only come when everyone is being watched and monitored every second of the day to insure their behavior falls withing the governments stringent guidelines of acceptable behavior. And when they know where you are and what your doing every second. If that doesnt scare you to the very center of your soul you are doomed to the worst dictatorship that has ever existed.
