As a German, I really admire this kind of military tradition, in particular concerning the military bagpipe bands and their precision when marching and playing. I've been a Sergeant of German MP in the Seventies...when Army people didn't have the best reputation amongst German citizens. Thank you for posting, and please continue!

@john jack You haven't read about their plans for harmonization, the Euro Zone with it's tax powers when they will take all your tax revenue and they will decide how much you get back, just to make sure you don't spend too much. You haven't read about how much many of the EZ members are in debt a debt that you will have to help pay off should you jon the EU and compulsorily the EZ, as Germany can't pay it all, a debt that makes the UK debt look like pocket money. You haven't read about regionalization and the fact there won't be a Scotland or another country within the EU when the final treaty is signed.
