I agree he’s is such a gentle soul and such a clever economists. But these people in charge of America don’t care about such qualities. Apparently the foreign policy that’s in place today was in acted straight after the Second World War and the America quest is to eliminate any opposition to its hegemony. But tit will not succeed against Russia or china.

I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for Professor Jeffrey Sachs and his unwavering commitment to promoting peace across the world, especially during these turbulent times. His dedication to peaceful solutions is truly inspiring. I believe he deserves to be recognized for his efforts, and I sincerely hope that someone will take the lead in nominating Professor Sachs for the Nobel Peace Prize. In support of this cause, I am willing to donate an entire month's salary. Let's work together to honor a true advocate for peace.

For most Chinese, philosophy is a way of life as one can frequently hear ordinary Chinese quoting most commonly from the teachings of Confucius. For centuries during the colonial eras, Western philosophies take precedent over those nations that they have colonized and dominated for the simple reason that Europeans arrogantly believe, and of course, taught that their civilization and their races are superior.

I've been led to understand that the original meaning of philosophy was, quite simply, the love of wisdom. Only later did it change to the enterprise of discursive thinking. Evidently, we're far too arbitrary a species to conform to a single philosophy of the universe and man's place in it.

I think the point about Kant is rather a reflection of the Western world in the late 18th century, which is the result of prior Enlightenment philosophers. The inclusion of Eastern philosophy reappears in Schopenhauer, which is rather anti-Enlightenment.

Wilfred Leibniz was a Serb, Lusic Serb 🇷🇸 and first source of philosophy was also among Serbs, at the very center of first civilization ever, Lepenski Vir. From there we moved to Starcevo culture that developed first philosophy, along with symbols such as ying yang, swastikas, colovrat etc... That philosophy shaped Vinca culture along with Vinca letter or better known as "Srbica letter". The letter and philosophy where crucial part of creation similar cultures by Russians all along today's Ukraine. The very same letter was used by Serbo-Russian Arians who took it to the India, from where through something we would know later as "Sanskrit" was naturally kicked back across Iran and little Asia into Europe 🙂. Same language and letter was used as foundation for Mycenaean culture, later Etruscans that after the Troy fall create something we would know as Rome. 🙂 Serbian letter was replaced by Latin, that still to this day remains "bold version" of ancient Serbian "Slavic" language 🙂🎩. Same people never stopped to amaze us with greatest minds ever like Nikola Tesla, Mihailo Pupin pre founder of NASA, Rudjer Boskovic who did Albert Einstein's work 200 years before him, Wilfred Leibniz who beat Isaac Newton by many etc....

Awesome video. Got me thinking...the West really helped each other advance, industrialize...each coming up with cultures, phrases, foods, technology....whereas in East Asia, China was the only one producing anything. Korea, Japan, and Vietnamese culture all come from China. Straight up. As far as I know they didn't give China any culture or technology and innovation. The rest of Asia besides India really slacked. And for the brief moment in history Japan was stronger than China due to commodore Perry forcibly industrializing Japan, Japan goes out and wrecks Asia along with the Western powers. And even to this day they serve as a vassal of America trying to contain China, which is really the hope of Asia and Asians. How ridiculous.... c'mon Asia.... recognize that historically whenever China does well, Asia does well. Work with your Asian siblings and prosper...make the rest of the world truly respect you! Sigh...

He said that "the west does not understand the rest" and the premisse is wrong for two simple reasons: 1 - The Classical West is bigger then the developed countries. In a geografic sense West is all that is west of Greenwish and some of the countries located in that space do NOT subscrive to the Angloamerican point of view and economic policies. 2 - Globalization left lots of people behind in the West, in Africa, in the Middle East and in the East in a way that only a tiny portion of people can benefit, mainly in the developed countries but also in some other regions but then these "park" their money in the developed countries exacerbating the problem. If the angloamericans can't resolve this then the russians and/or the chinese will. Thanks.

As economic opportunities weaken for China after killing millions through COVID virus, it seems like Chinese sympathizer explore cultural alternatives. Much of China’s cultural heritage and knowledge was destroyed and devastated during the Cultural Revolution by the current Chinese communist party and are they now trying to stay on power using same thing they called poison. In contrast, India’s ancient knowledge and traditions are rich and advanced, offering wisdom that could be beneficial to western societies and institutions. If we're looking to bring external influences and tradition, India’s time-honored philosophies and traditions are far more compelling and valuable than China’s current cultural offerings, which is nothing but borrowed from Indian civilization.
