#gorilla #kiango Kiango is cute and very active. Enjoy this video. The season is ending and the zoo closes. I'm trying to film what I can before (Apenheul is closed from 10 November 2024 to March 22, 2025)

The Apenheul born gorilla Gyasi, the mother of Kiango, sadly passed away on Wednesday, 13 July 2022. She lived to the age of 20.
#Gyasi had a good relationship with all the gorillas. She gave birth to their son Kiango in February 2021. Kiango gets on well with his daddy Bao Bao.

Kiango 不敢對媽媽放肆，但會欺負行動緩慢的Baobao 及Mintha。看到牠拿棍子敲Baobao，好心疼。 隨著長大，牠的力量與勇氣也增強中！

To be fair, Kiango used to fight off Mojo and Moto with branches when he was much smaller. It's his thing using sticks and branches as weapons. But you are right ...that was not nice what he did to Papa Bao Bao.
