In order to stay on top in high school sports the teams that dominate have either recruiting or open enrollment, it's not organically produced, meaning they go and get kids that don't live in the city or sometimes state. Or some schools don't divide the talent, having only one school in the city. I won't name them but we know them. Never been a fan of schools or private either bc it's cheating in my eyes 👀 period.

As a California guy i really respect Duncanville for playing us...they have GREAT PLAYERS..but they run elementary school schemes and their coaches cant adjust...the ONLY reason why Mater Dei beat them 45-3 in TEXAS..coaching, schemes and player intelligence. In fact Duncanville should THANK Mater Dei for showing them how to play football...they FINALLy win State Championship after California showed them how to play football...and they took some sets from Mater Dei and used them against TExas teams

California Division 1 is the Toughest playoff Division in the Country with all ten teams ranked in the top 100 in the country. With 6 of them in the top 20. 9 in the top 50.
