Wrexham commentators are pure class in this. Acknowledging their luck, (which happens in sport all the time lets be honest,) with real honest and grounded takes quickly in the moment. What most impressed me was that these two are Wrexham commentators and could have easily ignored reality to put a hometown spin on their takes. Hats off to you both for a very exciting and accurate commentary which should absolutely be applauded in this day and age.

I love the way Griffiths captures the energy at the grounds. He's right there in the thick of the action and you can feel it through the screen. He's always been fair as well. He's quick to call Wrexham fouls unnecessary, but he's also not preach about it. I'd love to here him do a higher league game!

Like the integrity of the commentary, that it was not a penalty. Glad it did not matter in the end. Another beautiful team goal.

To be fair that was not a penalty, however 1-0 2-0 doesn't matter you picked up the win and played significantly better in the process. Keep it up!

SPM will rightly get all the plaudits but that ball from Max for the first goal was top class. What a player he is turning into!

The thing that stood out to me watching the game was Wrexham’s energy and lock-down defense. They were like gnats, playing tight and pestering the opposing ball handler. It was very hard for Mansfield to get any plays going.

Just remember Wrexham isn't a touristy town, it's very working class and not necessarily impressive, if you're going there, I'd prioritize spending a lot of your time in the countryside, such as Eryri (Snowdonia) and maybe heading down to Cardiff.

@@striderwhiston9897 Thanks. We have two weeks in Wales, and are going to visit the national parks, the coast, etc. We'll skip Cardiff, not really big city mice

@@drgrube1 Cardiff is compact but does have a few places to visit such as Castell Coch, Cardiff Castle, nearby is Caerphilly castle, which is one of the largest castles in Europe, there's also a lot of souvenir stores and Cardiff market which has a few REALLY nice welshcake bakeries, I'd say it's worth visiting, especially if you like either torchwood or doctor who.

I watched the iFollow highlights, what a difference the commentators make! This guy is amazing, I knew he was good but it wasn’t until I saw how boring iFollow guy was that I realized this

Result albeit a penalty that never was to clinch it however to keep Mansfield down to a shot on target all afternoon was defensive masterclass and the one on target looked wise and from distance come on rockin robin were are ya❤

Shear class. Very few mistakes from either side but I have to admit it was a great game. Mansfield fans were non-existant in the away end, incredibly quiet😂

That penalty from Mullin (even thought it should not of been given) was struck with such force that it could of ended up in Scotland if there was not a net to slow it down... :P

It's a balloon. In one of the camera angles you can see the normal balloon shape to it.

Starts the foul less than a foot outside ,finishes the foul 2 feet inside the box if its not a pen then its a red,he would have been clean thru.

As a neutral, that was very obviously not a penalty and Mansfields goal should have stood! Sometimes referees are human and get carried away by the occasion.

You don’t sound very neutral! The penalty decision was obviously wrong but the decision to disallow the goal was not. Even the majority of Stags fans on their forum thought he got that one right.

Love the passion of Mark Griffiths, but sounds more like a fan announcing than a pro. His over-the-top enthusiasm overshadows his commentary. If this was on the radio I wouldn't be able to follow the match.
