It's a " go pro". Essentially it's an anchored pole with a video camera on top! The design enables the pole to virtually disappear in most cases. They project an almost aerial view of the wearer. They go for a range of prices online and there are even cheaper versions for kids I hear. I need one for my family so we can actually have me in some of our clips and not just the boys and dad ! Haha
