Last comment: The Federal Record Act also requires the originals (in any format) be maintained for Historical Records and FOIA requests. After she printed out those 55,000 pages of emails on paper she admitted she erased the originals.

Well, if she doesn't apologize, her campaign is over and she'd probably end up arrested. Also, she knew that she was supposed to use the .gov email. Even if someone said she could, there are files that should not be on a personal email ever. She said she's deleting over 30000 classified files, that's quite a big deal for something that she knew wasn't the smartest thing to do.

If I have to go by the interview she said she didnt know that using the government email was Law. As for an apology,she did apologize. Why would she be arrested? For not using the government email address for official mails? Did you watched the interview? According to her all former Secretaries of State were requested to forward official correspondence so the server could be cleaned; her team then forward a ridiculous amount of emails of which about 1200 were send back to her categorized as none official.They were then given the green light to delete these emails.So she deleted them.
