I really do love the gardens but I did love to see the cars and I know it's the gardens and the landscape for me that made the car interesting to see. I guess we are to use to seeing them on the road to see them in such a beautiful landscape is just to different and wonderful. The outdoor court yard garden looks wonderful. Your statement about old plates has helped me to pull my old plates out and to think about them a little differently now. I have a lot of older antique plates that have been given to me over the years and are just in the cabinet hidden away. Thank you,

My dress aesthetic is from the 50's and my sensibilities are decidedly reserved and from a bygone era. To say that I don't fit in is an understatement. How pretty your new patio furniture looks. My Pennsylvania garden is only 4 years old, and there was nothing but a hillside of grass when we moved in. We live in a log home, and my friend built a very large cutting garden out of huge, wooden telephone poles. It will be an ongoing job to fill it!

Each part of your story is memorable and inspiring - beginning with your sweet gingerbread potting shed, your lovely feminine dresses, the outing and gardens, then your lovely new patio furniture, the sweet plates, the music, the colors, your sweet voice...I feel like I went on a vacation! Oh - one of my faves is the pointy top canopies in front of the old building. We lost our large umbrella recently - the wind caught it up and took it across the field.
