I took mine apart but not sure how to get the armature out of the gear housing. Is it just a tight fit and needs a hammer?

Hi, my te76 works for few seconds then service light comes on and it won’t do anything, any idea where I should start ? Hilti won’t touch it as apparently it s too old. Shame

The bolt holding the bearing and fan on the end of the motor armature shaft is a LEFT HAND THREAD. Trying to undo the bolt as a right hand thread will cause the bolt to snap, as in this video!

It stop hitting when you put on load? If connectin rod and hammer is good, then you need to replace o-rings and grease...

Hi, I have an ATC Hilti TE 76 hammer, I bought the repair kit on ebay including the armor, I assembled all the new parts, but as soon as I tried to turn it on the red light comes on, sometimes it flashes and sometimes it remains fixed. My question is: should I restore the light? or is there something to assemble the pieces went wrong? but I don't think so, because I followed your videos on youtube. could you please help me out? thank you so much !!!

Hello, Normally when it flash it means electric problems. When it just turns red, it's need to be resented. Try to replace cord and check carbon brushes, try to spin armature to check if all mechanical parts are moving easy

@@handyman7282 Hi, Yes, I tried to move the armature, I replaced all the pieces of the kit that came to me from Germany including the brushes. It is practically as if I had made the complete coupon. The problem is the red light, sometimes it remains fixed, sometimes it flashes. I tried to execute a maneuver to reset the red light, which unfortunately didn't work, I tried this maneuver long ago, and it worked, but now it doesn't work anymore.
