I would say Ventus was better for us since there were more grounds to cover and more things to do. But Ventus’ beach is very bad due to sea weed, so if beach is a priority then not ventus. Even though Hiltons beach was not much better either.

I would highly recommend to cancel your reservation immediately! My wife and I are here right now and it’s pretty bad. From service to the food and having to make reservations that you can’t always get. The power just went out in the whole resort like 30 minutes ago and still out. We regret booking here and wish we we back to the Dominican Republic Punta Cana secrets cap cana. Accessibility is so bad here. They make you rely on the staff for everything like getting drinks at the buffet. And they take forever to bring your drinks. I finished my food before getting anything to drink. The pools are extremely small for such a massive resort. It honestly makes no sense. Why have a resort that holds so many people yet you can’t accommodate them accordingly. Btw we just got here on Monday will be stuck here for a total of 12 days unfortunately. Wish we could get our money back and switch resorts like switching a phone service. Save yourself the trouble of going here. Also we ordered room service which you will have to wait at least 1hr for it to arrive. It took 2hrs for our order to arrive in addition to the 1 hr. So a total of 3hrs when when it came the order was wrong and they dropped it. So had to wait another 30-40 min for our food. There are so many other things I could talk about. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay here!!!!!

yes, you need your login information which the receptionist will give you at check-in. You can immediately make reservations for your entire stay.

Hi there. Yes, we did. The entire hotel is ocean front. As far as I know, most of the rooms are ocean view. We got the pool and ocean view room. it was nicely decorated, clean, but very windy. You can select 2 queen or 1 king. There is no sofa, just a table with 2 chairs and a bench. Not a lot of storage areas. I recommend bringing some hangers. My biggest complaint is that it’s not soundproof and we can hear drunk people in the halls walking around at 2am.

@@struckeranduong not this time, but we have before. We’ve done xenses, park xcaret, xplor feugo, xplor, Xel-ha, tulum, chitchen itza, and cenote. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you plan to do lots of excursions because it’s so far away. Most of them are located near riviera maya. Yes, we booked through hotel at the excursion desk.

Hi there. We booked a package from air canada so our transportation was included. But as far as I know, most 5 star hotels offer free airport transportation. You can send the hotel an email to check.

没有的，一切都要自己带。我们去一元店买了很多便宜的玩具，等走的时候就送给别的家庭了。每天kids club 会有 1个小时的sand castle building time. 他们会每个小朋友发一个桶，一个产子。大人不可以跟同，东西用完还要还回去。我女儿说太无聊都不想去。还是自己带着好。

你好，我们是在Expedia 定的bundle, 所以直接包了酒店接送。不过我听说一般5星级酒店都有免费机场接送。你可以跟酒店联系一下问问。

@@xiali5439 我们用的air canada 很费时间。因为他要送3个酒店，最后才是我们。20分钟的路逛了3个多小时。我们用过别的5🌟接送都很棒。提前跟他们订好时间，把你的航班号给他们。你飞机到了，接送的人就到了。
