Hinder - King Of The Letdown

I went through with Hinder what I went through with Three Days Grace. I grew up to Hinder with Austin, and Three Days Grace with Adam. Both singers with distinct voices, and both bands sound different than that 2000's edgy rock. It took some time, but I've come to terms with it. Marshall is different. Matt is different. But the rest of the band hasn't changed. I encourage everyone to give them a chance. Worst case scenario, you have the music of the past to put on repeat.

I think that this “Hinder” is really good if you don’t compare them to the original “Hinder”. Originally I really didn’t like the new stuff post Austin. But after listening to it going in as looking at this band as a completely new band, I found more than a few songs that I really enjoy.

As I read some of the comments...Yes things are different with the singer...however MUSIC IS MUSIC .... no matter the singer, the SHOW MUST GO ON... there is room for many many musicians .... there are times when people need a break or just want to "settle" and enjoy ... as we may never know the reason's why some members of a band leaves, they have their reason's which out weigh what we think/want/believe..... My first and only concert of 'Hinder' at Fields of Rock' in Biddinghuizen in the Netherlands in maybe 2007 was very bad. They changed the programm, so I could only see 3 songs of them. But I play them every time in my car. Then the whole world gets better and I feel fine. AUSTIN!

Hinder is more than just Austin. seeing comments like "They shouldnt be able to use the name" or "They're not the same since Austin left" and even "we do not like you" is bullshit. Hinder is more than 1 guy, it was a group of people. They can use the name if they damn well please. Austin has been gone for a while now. seeing comments about how you miss Austin on every. single. new song released is getting annoying. There are millions of people in the world that can sing. After Bon Scott died ACDC was able to carry with Brian Johnson. They both sound the same. I personally believe that Hinder should hold a reality show like INXS did in order to find someone that sounds exactly like Austin. I am a singer Guitarist and I pretty sure with enough practice I could duplicate Austin's vocals but I am currently busy working another album. They are probably thousands of people in the world that can completely duplicate Austin's vocals.

I got to meet Hinder in person just yesterday. It was the best performance and each member is very nice. Although Hinder has a new vocalist, the band is still great! Marshal Dutton has amazing vocal skills! This song is fantastic too.
