How to calm your mind with Handwriting?
In this video, Aditi Surana - Graphologist & High Performance Coach talks about using handwriting therapy as an effective way to add calm to your mind & life.
Dealing with anxiety does not mean trying to change your anxious feelings into positive, pleasant & acceptable ones in a jiffy. It’s rather building patterns that let you stay calm more naturally in the middle of any stressful, painful, triggering situation.
The flow of thoughts or sssss stroke can be looked at as a handwriting yoga session. All you need is a ball point pen, a sheet of lined paper and a dash of willingness.

I love your presentation. You are realistic, humble and not fake like many people. Using Hindi as your choice of language for this video shows that you are not fake. It is simple and understandable for the common people. I have been practicing Graphotherapy and I have seen improvement in my thinking and handwriting.

Funfact : this is very much similar to astrological remedy for Mercury, planet of communication to write down your favorite God's name minimum 108 and in general one page each day to control chattering mind hence anxiety and mental peace. How interested 😅😊
