i just did all three in the body sculpting series (some exercises i will have to work up to) and this is a dream come true. I have been doing pilates since August, but i felt i needed something a little more concentrated. The first sweat i broke i thought, "oh yeah, baby, i have found it". i did ballet classes for a few years, and I still miss it. this is the BEST combo. subscribed!

The type of exercises in my balletlates routines will all help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, so yes this will help you gain more hamstring and hip flexibility. However I do have routines that are more directed on gaining leg and hip flexibility, my "Strong & Flexible series", "Long & Strong series" and "Long & Slim". I hope you found this helpful ;)
