Wonderful workout. I combine it with 'Long and Slim Legs' and the change in my thighs and hips is incredible. My back, hips, legs love your workouts. I have been doing yoga and pilates for years but your workouts are the most effective for me. Absolutely love it. Thank you so much!!!

@@sandyg1113 It took about a month for me to see results. I wds doing this one and Long and slim legs for first two weeks. Then every other day. Its also good for core.

I don't know if it's just because my lower body muscles are quite tight from a workout yesterday, but this felt a lot harder than it seemed. :) Thank you for the lovely workouts!

Thank you so much, I am so happy you like it!! The leggings are from aloyoga, and I added white leg warmers on top, that I bought in a ballet shop. If you follow me on Instagram you can always see which brand I'm wearing, I always tag them ;).

It's really hard to answer your question, each body is different, it depends on what you eat and how much you exercise, what differences you want to see etc. Many factors... It's important to be consistent and focus on enjoying what you do for your body and how you feel rather than only focusing on the result.
