This is a 5-minute daily butt workout that will turn your square butt into a round peach butt.
I've gathered together a butt workout menu that I usually do at home!
Even if you don't go to the gym, five minutes a day of hard work on your buttocks will certainly make a difference.
The glutes is the largest muscle in the body, so by working it out, you can increase your basal metabolism and lose weight all over!

I just went to fitness and the trainer said this to me, if you eat no protien. Ur body will start eating ur muscles and u will go back down to the same weight again. If ur a teen (like me) if u start working out, eating healthy (I eat junk food but I keep things balanced) and eat a lot of protien mostly u need 100g of protien like full 2 glasses of milk and 4 eggs. But it has to be according to ur weight size. If u start exercising from now, ur body will be permanent once u turn 18. So it’s better in ur age if ur 12-15 yrs. U should start exercising right now so then the body type ur looking for. That will be permanent but it’s all about hard work. And if your thinking it doesn’t work. Trust me if ur a teen and u start RIGHT NOW u will remember this comment.

@@emmastone1388 my fitness trainer. He was also a doctor before. So he told me that if you start exercise from right now. U will be skinny when u turn 18. Like permeant. Because when ur 12 ur body still develops.

@@destinyverdugo1498meat!!!! beans, milk, eggs. I think any animal based food (idk in english) avoid junk food and sugar, also salt i think. Depending on your age, protein supplements. I would only take them with a nutritionist approval to know how much you have to take to still be healthy.

I did this exercise since last week and I’ve seen a change in them! This definitely works! At the beginning it could be a bit hard (for me it was) but afterwards you’d get used to it. Now when I put jeans on my butt looks fantastic. They seem lifted and round. The fact that this 5 minute workout works, it’s worth it!

Omg I need to try now, I finally got my dream thigh gap it took me two years to loose the desired weight. But now I noticed my butt looks more square 🤣 which it’s ok but I’m thinking maybe of trying to tone that area a little. Now I gotta set a new goal 😁✌🏼 good luck everyone

My hip become rounder than before I love it.Friends be consistent you'll see the results little by little after a week don't stop even if you don't see the results mine isn't changing after a half a month but I didn't stop after a half and a month I see change in my hip. Good things take time you can make it fighting

Guys if you wondering if this is actually worth it or just another dead end, I am not even shitting you this is THE best exercise I have ever come across for hip dips. It's the easiest and most effective workout fr. I FEEL the burn and I can already tell my muscles are getting toned even though I've been trying to fix this issue for 3 years now and nothing else worked. Hi! Uhhm just wanting to ask, does your thigh hurt a bit? I just did this today, and I'm not quite sure if its supposed to have that effect, cause I don't know if i'm doing it right or wrong.. 😅🍃

@@ms._.carrot I can’t quite remember if my thighs hurt the first time I was doing this, since I’m doing this for one and a half week now. If your complete thigh hurts you may be doing something wrong, but I assume you’re doing this the first time, so it may be normal. However, if you just mean that place in the thigh which you’re training (basically the hip dips) it’s absolutely normal :) so, your complete thigh shouldn’t hurt at all, but if you meant that one place then you shouldn’t worry about doing it wrong

@@c111nnamongirl Thank you for replying! Yeah, I've been doing this for 5 days in a row, today is the sixth day... So far, I realized that it doesn't hurt much lately and even though it does feel sore a bit during the workout, it quickly dissipate after I'm done.. Anyway, let's keep it up! 😄✨

Hi everyone! I'm going to do this workout challenge for 2 weeks and I want to share the results with you. Day 1: my buttocks were burning 🔥. 8/10 Day 2: i'm burning. 8/10 Day 3: I was burning also. 8/10 Day 4: it was so easy. 8/10 Day 5: my hip dips are burning. 9/10 Day 6: this was a burn!!! 9/10 Day 7: 1 week! to be honest, I see only a very small change but I'm sure that I'll be able to get better than now. 8/10 Day 8: it was so easy but I feel that my hip dips are burning. 9/10 Day 9: the same. 9/10 Day 10: this was so hot. 9/10 Day 11: 🔥9/10 Day 12: i see big changes I'm happy!!! 10/10 Day 13: i love it so much! 10/10 Day 14: 2 weeks!!! Thanks to this workout, I could get that body what I wanted. But I'm not going to stop and I continue do this. 10/10 Day 15: my hip dips look better. 10/10 Day 16: this was a burn. 10/10 Day 17: I see the result. 10/10 Day 18: done!!! 10/10 Day 19: I love it so much!!! 10/10 Day 20: i feel better. 10/10 Day 21: the result is better than that time. 10/10 Day 22: I love this workout!!! 10/10 Day 23: DONEEE. 10/10 Day 24: I like the changes!!! 10/10

This is for all those who want to know if it will actually work. I've done this 6x a week for 2 months and I've noticed a difference enough to continue to do it. You can't change your bone structure but it definitely helped round me out on the sides and defined my shape. I love it so much bc it's quick, practical and easy to stick to. Start if you haven't, and keep going if you are doing it. Thank you for creating this video!! ❤

I'm going to do this straight for 1 month, so keep reminding me🌷 🌷Video starts at : 0:01 ✅1st day = No difference for sure. ✅2nd day = The exercise is still hard for me but i did it, there's a little difference that i can notice. ✅3rd day = My legs hurt. ✅4th day = Now it's not that hard. ❌5th day = I was busy. ✅6th day = I'm on my periods but i still did it. ✅7th day = Now i can notice more changes. ✅8th day = Same. ✅9th day = Same.

Doing this starting today!! I’ll update my results in 2 weeks ☺️ remind me if you see this! Update 1: it’s been 2 weeks and there is a veryyyy noticeable difference. Almost completely rounded out my hips!! Update 2: It's been a whole month and a few days (not sure how many lol) and I am definitely satisfied with how my hips are rounded & I'm more confident in my clothes. I will definitely continue to do this to maintain my results.

@@chloe_wern it didn't rlly grow mine, just made it rounder. try daisy keech's butt workout or Alyssa Farruggia's 10min butt workout. I do both and they're pretty good

~*I will be doing this for 2 weeks*~ Monday - All done, I definitely felt the burn. But not a slight difference yet. Tuesday- Did it again, this time it was a little harder but no difference just yet. Wednesday- Done! kinda felt a little easier this time and i also see a slight difference. Thursday- all done, i realized that i was kinda doing it wrong yesterday that’s why it was easier but this time i felt the burn and i still see the slight difference. Friday- All done again, idk how to feel this time it feel easier and felt harder. i also still see a difference. Saturday- Sunday-

Hey guys so.. I tried this work out and DEFINITELY feeling the pain and i was giving up on this journey to glow up.. But i read the comments and boosted my energy to do this... I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually reduces your hip dips…I’ve been doing this workout for 2 and a half days. Every morning and night. And I do see little bit of a change. I’ll continue to do this workout for 2 weeks, and I’ll keep y’all updated. Good luck❤

@@chaengmygirl sorry..I did the workout for 2 weeks. And the workout is good but I don’t see much of a difference anymore, so rn I’m doing a different workout for my hip dips. But I think you just need to do this workout for a while to see a better change.

Try: Day 1 - I feel the burn on the right places. But not at the same intensity with the left and right side. So i think there's something wrong with my form. I did it twice since the exercise is pretty short. Feels exhausted but great. Day 2 - it is definitely harder on the 2nd day lol. Just finished it. I feel the burn. No visible changes yet. Day 3 - hehehe forgot to do it bc i came home tired. Unbelievable how first days of school can be so stressful. Day 4 - The rest I got from not doing it for a day helped. My butt muscle (we're calling it that) soreness stopped. Doing the 5-minute workout was a breeze. I'mma do it again to make up for the lost day. No visible changes yet but it's became a habit. Also, I feel my butt getting stronger. Day - 5 I started doing it with another hip dip workout since it became easy. Now i feel sore lol. My butt muscles are def stronger and looks rounder though the dips are still there. Considering I've only been doing it for less than a week, I am satisfied with the results. Day - 6 I'm sorryyy, I'm gonna have to skip today as i just got home from school. i haven't slept since yesterday and i have an errand to do in the morning so yep. Lol how inconsistent am i eh? I promise I'll find a way to make up for today. *edit: i set up an alarm and did it before my errand. i just did it this morning instead of my usual time at midnight. Day - 7 forgot to do it huhu. Day - 8 i started doing it with other exercises, it became kinda hard to stick to the routine bc it reached like an hour per session lol. Nevertheless, it's fun and I'm satisfied with the results. The dips are still there but my butt def looks rounder. I'm more confident wearing fitting pants now. Also the general effects of exercising is great! I feel better overall. Day - 9 it's gotten really hard to keep the routine istg. It's 3AM and I'm only halfway thru school shit, teachers think students life should orbit around school ffs. Anw i did it and it's fine. I can't detail the results bc I'm too tired. If you wanna do the exercise then just get down and do it. Day 12 - i just came back now bc i got so busy with school. My previous update was kinda mean omfg lol. Bc i stopped for a few days it hurt to do it but i finished it anyway. Day 13 - My butt and legs kinda hurt from the exercises yesterday but all good. My butt looks rounder, dips still there but def looks better. Will keep doing this and i might stop undating idk.

I’ve been doing this exercise for a week and I’m so happy with the results I’m getting, soon Ik I’m gonna have the body I want. The first week was hard but I’m starting to get used to it and and now moving to the next step which is two times. I take rests on Monday and Friday, I will continue with this exercise for another week and edit on my results, I’m so happy and thank you so much for this!

Keeping track: Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅+✅ - butt feels heavier (1 morning, 1 evening) Day 4: ✅+✅ (1 morning, 1 evening) Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ - butt is more in shape Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅+✅ (1 morning, 1 evening) Day 10: ⭕ Day 11: ✅ - rounder butt. Still hip dips but less than before Day 1 (19/02) Day 12: ✅✅ - doubled right away the workout + wider movements (20/02) Day 13 : ✅✅ - doubled right away : find it more effective (even difficult to perform) (21/02) Day 14: ☑☑ (double morning) + ☑️ (evening) (22/02) Day 15: I don't remember but let's say no⭕ (though I think I did once) (23/02) Day 16: ⭕ (hangover - I should stop alcohol) (24/02) Day 17: ☑☑ (evening) - perky butt that's why I keep going (25/02 to 01/03) My butt area was painfully stiff, I've held back from this workout and did yoga instead to relax/stretch. I think I went too hard. 02/03 : ✅️

@@DayaEilish I stopped at the moment, it was doing no good to my hips/lower back. I'm now doing pilates (with a teacher to have the good positions) + osteopath + walking 1h a day lol. Surprisingly (or not ?) the butt is still here. I might incorporate Popo's workout but not daily. Hope the workout's doing good for you!

i have PCOS and i am trying to lose weight while also rounding out my butt since its currently pretty square. i work out three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) so I will be doing this workout 2x on each of those days, both in the same session. I'll try to come back here and let y'all know how this works results wise!! Day 1 (4/1/24): Finished my two rounds of this workout in the same session. I started to feel tired during the second workout but I pushed through it with her encouragement in the video! I definitely feel a burning in the area where my thighs meet my butt, and in the gluteus medius/minimus area she was pointing to in the video. Overall I would say this is really good for PCOS, my heart rate didn't go any higher than 120 (which is less than 135, or 75% of my max HR, which is not good to surpass during workout if you are trying to keep cortisol low). I'll be back on Wednesday! Day 2 (4/3/24): Unfortunately I didn't do it today because I was very busy preparing for my midterms and class presentation, but I will have time on Friday so I will resume it then and report back! Day 5 (4/10): Sorry I forgot to update the last couple of times! My glutes and thighs are burning after today's workout, but it feels good! Day 8 (4/17/24): Sorry I keep forgetting to update! I did my 2x again today! It still burns each time I do it. I have resistance bands to use if it starts feeling too easy. I'm not seeing any difference yet but it hasn't even been a full month yet, and I'm also really bad at seeing differences. I'll have to take measurements maybe. Day 10 (4/22/24): Did my 2x again today :) It still burns but I pushed through!

I am going to be doing this for 2 weeks! Doing this work out everyday as someone with uneven glutes! Day 1: Complete, I feel the burn, my weaker glute looks a bit bigger now and my hips already look a bit rounder! Day 2: Was busy but the sides of my bum felt sore Day 3: I feel burns in areas I didnt even know that could burn...my hips defo look rounder but I have a hip dip on the left so the right is more rounder, but I can defo see my weaker glute getting bigger, this is the first exercise that has succeeded in doing this! Day 4: Before I started, I could already noticed this morning before doing it that my weaker glute already look a lot bigger than from when I started, I haven't felt that soreness anymore. As for my hips they do look rounder but not by much and my left side is slower to catch up b/c of my hip dip.

This exercise is amazing! I dont have hip dips but Im in physical therapy for my hips and lower back and she follows nearly exactly what the physical therapists do! This was actually more helpful than the regular side raises i do for PT. I didnt cramp but it pushed my limits and i can feel the burn. So very impressive and happy with this workout. I will probably do this triweekly with my legs, butt and lower back days

Girl- This is really a quick burn It doesn't burn like crazy (at least for me), but it still burns good for a 5 min workout! I'll be trying this

trying this twice a day for 10 days, let's go! day 1: I did not know that this exercise would be so good! I loved the feeling of burning and I'm determined to do it every day! Day 2: I did some exercises before this one, so I was already tired, but I did it anyways. Couldn't help it, did it three times and feel so good! I have this feeling of doing something for myself, and makes me feel even better. Day 3: today I did it twice, because I needed to do some things outside with my family. Anyways, I'm seeing some changes in my body, and I'm feeling more comfortable with it now. My waist is getting tiny and my hips are so pretty in this case, but needs more exercises to get it perfect Day 4: lol, I forgot to say, but yesterday I did it one more time before sleep. Anyways, today did it twice and also more exercises with this one. Also, I'm feeling my legs getting more hard and pretty, which is making me more confident about my body! Loving this. Day 5: today I did it regulary, twice. I can do this workout without the rest so easily and my body is used to this. I can see some changes in my body and it is getting closer to the hour glass! Day 6: only four days left!! my mom told me that my body is prettier, and I'm so happy bc it's true, so I did it three it three times day 7: did it regularly day 8: I forgot to update yesterday, but I did it three times and I see a lot of changes. day 9: one more day! yay!!!!

This works so well omg, this is the first time I ever did a glute workout and my booty is literally rounder! Make sure to sleep well guys, I literally changed my sleeping schedule and that increased my glutes so much for some reason.

Doing this for 2 months ( twice ) : Day 1 ( I forgot to update yesterday, so I’m doing it today ) - the pain was soooo bad Day 2 - the pain was still bad Day 3 - I low key saw SOME/MINOR results ( forgot to update ) Day 4 - felt ok doing it not as much pain ( forgot to update ) It’s been a month, I can truly see the hourglass figure! This doesn’t change the fact that you will have to eat properly in order to see results ( this depends )!

@@gamergirlgo725 honestly i didnt do this workout to focus on my thighs mainly just my hips, my thighs remained the same as far as i know but the more filled my hips got the more thin i guess u can say they appeared!! try adding variations of leg workouts along with this one to see more results in your thighs!!

まずは1週間します 4月28日 ○ 4月29日○ 4月30日○キツイですね...泣 (お尻タプタプなので30日間は続けたいです。) 5月1日×残業に疲れて寝てしまいました....。半身浴はしました。 5月2日○昨日できなかったので尻トレ2つと背中痩せもしました。 5月3日○ 🏋️‍♀️途中経過🏋️‍♀️ 体重4月28日 54.2kg 5月3日 51.6kg -2.8kg🎉 食事制限(といっても3食しっかり食べてます 断食はしてません) と毎日半身浴とぽぽさんの尻トレで 1週間以内に結果が出ました! 4日で最終日ですが、また結果を乗せます。 5月4日○ 初めて朝にしました 結果 ぽぽさんの筋トレと毎日の半身浴と食事制限(3食食べましたがタンパク質多めにして、糖質を押えました)で 1週間で54.2kgから50.9kgの減量に成功しました! 筋トレと半身浴を始めたことで、むくみが取れて便秘症の私が久しぶりに💩モリモリでました! おそらく無駄な水分と💩で痩せたと思います。 尻トレだけでなく腹筋を30日で割るという動画も並行して行いました。 減量だけでなく健康的で素敵な体になりたいので、 これからも続けようと思います。 よろしくお願いいたします! そして、本当にありがとうございます。

I have hip dip on one side. Started this yesterday. Woke up sore but did it anyway. I am doing all the five minutes on side for a week then will start on both sides when they are even. Will be updating on a daily Day 1: ✓Did the whole 5 mins on my right side. Woke up sore on my hip dip spot. Day 2:✓ Did the whole video again on my right side. I could feel the burn right at the hip dip spot. Day 3: ✓Did it, was feeling the burn even after the workout for about 10 minutes. Plus 20 rep glute bridge. Day 4: ✓ 3x on the right and once on the left. Plus 30 rep glute bridge. Day 5: X Rest day Day 6: ✓3 times on the right and 1 time on the left Day 7: ✓4 times on the right Day 8: X Was lazy and I rested. Day 9: ✓The result is so visible. I got more motivation. 2 times on both sides Updates: Week 3 My colleagues in the office commened that I should only put on pants coz it brings out my shape very well. Hip dips is now straight not indented. But the exercise is now very easy so I do it three times each sides.

Damn it, this workout is pretty good! Only 5 minutes and my buttocks and thighs are burning. I have been doing exercises for about 5 days, but before that I was engaged in training on another channel. I'm glad there are results and they are noticeable. Doing this for 14 days! Day 1: ✅ Way harder than i thought! but i got through it and took some small breaks Day 2: ✅ Not seeing anything different yet But felt harder than last time Day 3: ✅ Seeing a very small difference! i think its working and it feels easier than the last 2 times Day 4: ✅ The workout feels easier but it still pains but i think its actually working :0 Day 5: ❌Sore from other workouts took a day off! Day 6: ❌ Still sore from other workouts had to also skip this day Day 7: ✅Got back to it! i feel so much lighter and energized this workout felt so much easier (halfway theree)

@@user-ih2mc4oz1e Hi i also do daisy keech bubble but workout which also helps me get hip dips so lemme tell you my hips were 103cm now its 104cm my but is getting wider and off its lifted alot and yep if you are lazy and you want something easy i suggest you this workout to do its effective but takes time lemme tell ya i been working out for a month then im seeing results also i just want to let you know my butt was 101cm now its 105 so if you want that too do daisy keech bubble but workout ☺️

Doing this workout for 14 days! Day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn where I was supposed to feel it, was sore during it but pushed through! Day 2: ✅ Much more painful than yesterday but felt a bit easier. Again, I felt the burn and I do feel like it’s working!! I still look the same as day 1. Day 3: ✅ felt as the burn as usual but I feel like I got through it much easier this time. Looked in the mirror and I could see a *tiny* difference in my hips as if they were becoming more round instead of square so this is definitely working!! Day 4:

This is so amazing- I totally forgot about these, I used to do them all the time and got the fastest results and actually feel it in my muscles. With squats I only feel in my legs. This also gets my digestion going and it’s just perfect. Thankyou ♥️

Updating everyday (Sorry for my bad English I’m from France) I’m doing this twice a day Day 1 : ✅ I could really feel the burn 💀 Day 2 : ✅ it’s only day two and I can already see some really subtle changes !!!!! Day 3 : ✅ I could only do this one time today but I will do it twice tomorrow and the first exercise is easier then two days before Day 4 : ❌ today I didn’t have to time but tomorrow I’ll do nothing so I will have the time to ! Day 5 : Day 6 : Day 7 : Day 1 : ✅ I feel kinda bad but I couldn’t do it before because I didn’t have any internet but I did it twice today Day 2 : ✅ I stopped updating because except ✅, I didn’t have anything to say but in the end, I really recommend this workout, my hip dips didn’t disappear but they are clearly less prominent then before !!

I've been following this video and doing just the 5 min 3 to 4 times a week for 2 months now and the result is amazing, I also been doing some tights and glute workout from All Blanc channel to complement this routine and while by hip dips were not that notorious I can see the changes and you'll definitely feel the burn in the right places... I like to start with Popo's routine after warming up since I feel like muscles really activate with this movements

I will try this!!!!!! I am very insecure of my square butt especially since my cousin and other people have made memes about busty women not have a round butt and it destroyed my self esteem but I have hope!!!!!

Trying this workout!😁 Ima keep y’all updated Day 1: it burns so much but it’s a good thing I didn’t stop at all even if it hurts Day 2: I sadly skipped it bc I was very busy 😅 Day 3: I can feel the burn where it supposed to be and was sore and also I do this workout 2 times a day Day 4: it burns but not as much as it did in day 1 I can see the difference it doesn’t also get rid of your hid dips it also makes the thigh a little big which is good for me and it makes the butt a bit bigger I recommend this workout. Day :12 ? I forgot to update the rest BUT WOW I SEE A DIFFERENCE I love this so much I definitely recommend Tysm she deserves more subs ❤️

hi there when doing this workout, was your hip dips ever uneven? I’ve been doing this workout for like a week and one side is starting to become round but the other side is still curved in. Do you happen to know anything about this? 🤔

Doing this for one week Day 1✅: was kinda hard but I did it and obviously there's no difference (yet) Day 2✅:it's crazy but i start seeing a difference 💪🏽 Day 3✅: today it's not as hard as the first time 🙌🏽 Day 4✅ Day 5✅:actually I did it twice today ⚡

I just finished this workout and I’m gonna try my best to update every day/night idk Plsssss wish me luck 😅🗿 (I don’t do workouts pls pray for me 😂) Started: Jan 4 2023 Day 1 (night): ✅soooooo……it was actually pretty easy 😋 I felt the burn in all the right spots 😁😝 goodnight ladiesssss Day 2: ✅woooooo 😮‍💨💨 I just finished and I definitely felt the burn in my glutes 😅 haha see ya 👋🏻 Day 2 (night): ✅Hey ladiessssss :D I just finished and I felt the burn so bad 😭🗿 but I pushed through 💪💪 goodnight Day 3: ✅Goodmorning 🌞😎 I just finished and it burned so bad but it felt good? When I tell u it's working I MEAN IT. I've been doing this for over a month now. I was a inverted triangle then became a rentagular and now I'm getting closer to being an hourglass Lemme just tell you my measurements before and after Before: Hips 87 cm Waist 64-65 cm After: Hips 93 cm Waist 63 cm I just was so shocked when the person who was supposed to take our measurements for a costume told me my measurements. But before that a friend told me that I'm close to an hourglass figure (fyi my upper part has the measurements of 83-84cm, without shoulders)

✅ day 1 : this burns a lot but its not that difficult ✅ day 2 : pretty much the same ✅ day 3 : the exercises started to feel a little easier ✅ day 4 : it’s a little bit easier and i can see a slight difference ❌ day 5 : i didn’t do it bc i slept over at my friend

I'll try this for a week and post updates here! Day 1: I did two rounds bc of not enough burn for me but round two definitely burned Day 2: Still felt yesterdays workout in my hips. I did it twice today but not in row like yesterday. Felt a good burn!❤️‍🔥 Day 3: One round is enough for today. My hips are so stuck from this😫. Day 4: Did two rounds in a row, it really wasn't that bad today. Day 5: One round today bc of not enough time. It was quite easy👍 Day 6: I did two rounds. Nice burn but not at all as hard as in the begginning! Day 7: Two rounds and it was good😃 My glutes has turned rounder and it's all thanks to this workout😍 So it took a week to see some results for me. I recommend to do it twice a day. I'll keep these moves in my daily workout😄

How did you see results in 7 days ? Did you do anything else while doing the workout for 7 days . I have been doing this workout for almost a month , I have not seen any results so I am going to do this workout twice a day .

@@xxsam3_ssb130 Yeah I did some glute bridges but not much anything. It's not the same for everyone. Some bodies need more time to change and see results.

I definitely felt the burn. I made it a little easier by going slower. I am going to incorporate these exercises into my regular routine. Thank you for the great instruction, I understood even with the language barrier.
