Yes finally! I have been telling my fellow yoga teachers that it's easier for me to hold my leg out in front of me if it's higher than 90 degrees because I have a really strong psoas from aerial! If only I knew this trick back in my ballet years!!

If someone wanted to be able to flex their hip to a higher degree, for instance martial artists, how would one go about strengthening their iliopsoas to accommodate that movement? Thanks.

Aerial made mine almost too strong. I have to do a lot of back-body strengthening to counter it. So mainly flipping upside down by curling your tail slightly under and leaning back ( to assist the psoas at first).
