@dang25644 жыл бұрын
Yo, you HAVE to react to “Gone with the Wind” by them. Written by their late lead guitarist (Tom, who passed away from skin cancer back in 2016), it’s basically about him coming to terms with the reality that he is going to die from his cancer. It’s one of the heaviest lyrical songs in metal I’ve ever heard. Also need to listen to “Hereafter,” it was the follow up to Doomsday on their last album. It was written by Tom’s brother about dealing with the aftermath of his brothers death and what to do hereafter. Plus, the tempo change from verse to the chorus in that song is so unique and brilliant.

@@maoraharon21 from nightmares to daybreak they add totally different elements to each album. Yes less raw and more defined with each album. but each album has had a different sound. Daybraker slows it down a lot and adds a lot more melodic ambient experimental elements that you don't hear as much in lost forever lost together. They've always been them but there style has changed over the years. And now they lost there guitarist and main song writer so people shouldn't be surprised if they go in a different direction now. @rlfdavin2 жыл бұрын
that is exactly my genre I love. hit me with anymore examples you can think of.
@NoobMicesters2 жыл бұрын
@@rlfdavin to be fair metal os such a bloated genre now it's hard to find songs even in sub genres because these sub genres are also bloated and have their sub genres inside them. I'm also going to admit I'm not the most diverse music listener. You could try some of Motionless in whites songs (there new stuff is more electronic and if you go too far back then they're a bit samey. Graveyard shift, reincarnate and disguise are good albums (although motionless in white are an acquired taste some love it some hate it) I'm afraid as I said before I'm not the best for finding songs. But have a look around. Just be careful because industrial metal is an entirely different breed and not what this is. This is a metal core song with hints of industrial in it. Edit: to add motionless in white (those albums anyway) are metal core with industrial and gothic elements not just industrial
