Chris Cornell will always and forever be one of my favorite musicians ever. I’m really surprised this was your first reaction ever to an Audioslave song....I would’ve thought you would’ve gone more for Like a Stone or Shadow On The Sun. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really happy you did this video as well because I love this song too. Cornell was just simply and purely magical and I will forever feel blessed and gratitude for when I got to see Soundgarden live. Chris cemented that night how much I love him and also got to see Alice In Chains that same day and they also cemented in me the fact that they’re one of my favorite bands.

Chris Cornell was my favorite vocalist to come out of the grunge movement. He just got better and better, and his passing broke my heart. Glad you enjoyed this. You should definitely check out more Soundgarden, as well as Chris' other projects - Temple of the Dog and Audioslave.

Chris Cornell is probably one of the greatest vocalists of all time He's most famous for Soundgarden but his best vocal performances have been solo or with Temple of the Dog Highly recommend Temple of the Dog - Hunger Strike (It's a duet with Eddie Vedder from Pearl jam)

Wait a minute! Is this your first exposure to Chris Cornell??? If so, a whole new world just opened up for you! He is an all-time ICONIC Rock Vocalist, and is worthy of a deep dive, for both of his main bands: Soundgarden and Audioslave. My favorite Soundgarden song is "The Day I Tried to Live", and it features one of his best vocal tracks, so that's my recommend for them. As for Audioslave, most people will say "Like a Stone", but I'll say "Shadow on the Sun".
