there is something special about your videos compared to others, especially when it comes to hip flexors such as butterfly or split, where when i do others, even with proper warm up or prep, it can still be a challenge to get into the move, but when it comes to you....i can just almost seemingly just naturally fall into the move, an effortlessly get EVEN LOWER than was possible for me before!!!, this is incredibly significant and helpful, especially to do without any warm up or prep before diving into this one, because i am feeling the next day effects from going to the gym yesterday, speicially form using the hip opening machine!!!, and this was EXACTLY what i needed! thank you sooo much once again

Hip opening stretches are my favourite gives my heightened aching areas some good stretching .🙌🏾thank you for this . I remember when I could do full splits oh my how the hips have changed 😅
