Yes la! it sounds like Singaporean, because of the word 'La'. The word 'La" is used in every speech of him as a very polite ways of speaking in the typical Bhutanese manner. In Bhutan, every formal dialogue have the words "La", whether in Speaking English, Dzongkha or any other Local Dialect.

Unlike your current king, Bhutan's king doesn't go around wearing a crop top in public that too in another country while leaving their country in jeopardy.
